Instead of a flat, smooth surface, textured art uses pastes, gels, sands, fabrics, or modelling compounds to create raised bumps, swirls, ridges, and patterns that add physical depth to a piece. At Mix & Mingle, instead of fancy pastes or expensive gels, we use tissue paper to make a fluffy, fibrous, fabulous paste. Then you spread it, sculpt it, swirl it, and poke it into any texture your heart desires. When it dries? Rock-hard, incredibly touchable, and absolutely unique.

Colour your paste - from pastel to vintage
Spread, swirl, and sculpt – use palette knives, forks, or your own fingers to create peaks and bumpy textures
Go wild with add-ons – gems, pearls, sequins, and other little sparkly bits to make your piece truly pop
